  • Brokers receive the same services as buyers.

  • Brokers can mark up prices to increase margins.

We cannot provide free samples of wholesale green coffee beans. For first-time buyers, there is a charge of USD 50 per 350g sample (exclude shipping cost)

Note: This cost will be counted as a deposit and deducted from the future contract.

  1. How is the payment process for purchasing coffee?

Generally, Payment is 30/70: 30% Maximum, 3 days after signing the contract, and 70% after the goods are ready before departure (Photo & Videos).

For Invoice Under USD 6,000: 100% Advanced.

For other payment terms is negotiable.

We accept USD as the primary currency. EUR and IDR or other currencies payments are possible upon agreement.

Bank transfer (TT) is the standard. A Letter of Credit (L/C) can be arranged for large contracts. Other methods, such as PayPal and BTC (Bitcoin), are available for small invoices.

Coffee prices fluctuate daily.

  • Arabica: refers to New York (NY) terminal closing prices.
  • Robusta: refers to London (LDN) terminal closing prices.
  • Outright price: the price listed on the website today.
  • Differential basis: ISC’s differential points are based on terminal prices, usually for long-term contracts.

Yes. Prices are FOB Belawan or any port of Indonesia.

No. Shipment cost is not included, but ISC can arrange shipment.

Yes, but retail prices apply. Catalog pricing applies only to purchases of 9 MT or more.

Yes. Stock is available in Medan. Shipments are usually executed at least two weeks after signing the contract.

Average lead time is 2–3 weeks after the contract is signed and an advance payment is received.

ISC ships mainly by sea freight. Air freight can be arranged upon request for smaller quantities. Both Full Container Load (FCL) and Less than Container Load (LCL) are possible.

Shipment is not insured by default. Insurance can be added at the buyer’s request.

Yes. Export documents are prepared by ISC’s EXIM (Export & Import) department and adjusted to your country’s requirements.

ISC prepares export documents. For import/customs clearance in your country, ISC can provide guidance, but buyers are responsible for compliance with local regulations.

We can provide an ICO Certificate, a Certificate of Origin, a Phytosanitary Certificate, and a Halal Certificate. Organic, Fair Trade, or Rainforest Alliance certificates are available depending on the product.

All coffee is cupped and graded by ISC’s Q Graders. Photos and videos of the goods are shared with buyers before shipment. Independent surveyors can be arranged upon request.

We also can send Pre Shipment Sample upon requested.

Yes. ISC works with cooperatives and farmers in Aceh, North Sumatra, and other regions. Full traceability can be provided for specialty lots.

Yes, we can also pack with your packaging design for your brand.

Yes. Custom blends can be prepared if the buyer specifies the ratio and origin.

Yes. Exclusive rights can be discussed for buyers with long-term commitments and minimum purchase volumes of USD 88,000.

Yes. ISC can supply on an OEM basis as per the buyer’s request. Packaging is decided by the buyer, but printing costs follow ISC vendor prices.

Yes. A cancellation fee applies in accordance with the contract value.

ISC promotes sustainable farming by sourcing from farmer cooperatives, supporting shade-grown and organic practices, and paying farmer premiums for specialty quality.

Yes. ISC’s coffee is compliant with international standards, including EU pesticide residue limits and US FDA requirements. Laboratory testing can be arranged upon request.

ISC has dedicated departments: Sales (contracts and pricing), EXIM (documents and logistics), and Finance (payment). A contact person will be assigned once the contract is signed.

Yes, but you need to be our current customer to be able to visit our coffee facility.

However if its your first time buying coffee, we need you to paid your invoice order before visiting us.
