Export & Logistics
From our warehouse in Medan to ports worldwide — every container is Q-grader certified, SNI 01-2907-2008 compliant, and fully traceable from farm to destination.
02
Origin & Terroir
Our own Atu Lintang farm in Central Aceh sits at 1,400 m asl. Partner farms across Gayo, Toraja, Flores, and Papua complete our origin portfolio — each shaped by volcanic soil and highland mist.
03
Storage & Inventory
Our Bener Meriah warehouse and Medan export facility are climate-controlled at 18–22°C and 60–65% RH. Every lot is moisture-tested at intake and tracked by QR-coded pallet tag through our WMS until export clearance.
04
Post-Harvest Processing
Our Bener Meriah station runs four methods — Full-Washed, Natural, Honey, and Wet-Hulled (Giling Basah) — with dedicated fermentation tanks, raised drying beds, and mechanical hullers for each process.
05
Craft Roasting
Our Jakarta roastery lets buyers experience small-batch roasting of their own purchased lots — ideal for cupping sessions, roast profile development, and private label production with minimum 25 kg per SKU.
Request a sample, schedule a cupping session, or visit our facilities in Medan and Aceh.
