Indonesia Specialty Coffee is exhibiting at SCAJ 2026, the World Specialty Coffee Conference and Exhibition at Tokyo Big Sight, from October 14 to 16, 2026. You will find us at Booth 1106, South Hall 1 & 2, with 12 Grade 1 green coffee lots straight from our partner farms in Aceh, Sumatra, Sulawesi, Bali, Flores, Java, and Lampung.
We are bringing the beans to Tokyo so you can cup them at the booth, take samples home to roast in your own lab, and talk wholesale export terms face to face. If you are a roaster, importer, or distributor in Japan or anywhere in Asia-Pacific, book a meeting slot at Booth 1106 before you arrive.

12 Indonesian Green Coffee Lots We Are Bringing to Tokyo
Indonesia Specialty Coffee ships only Grade 1 green coffee graded under SNI 01-2907-2008 (defect value 11 or lower, moisture 12.5% or lower), and every Arabica lot below cups at 82 to 88 SCA points on SCA protocol. The table names both processing steps for each lot: the cherry process (Step 1) and the hulling method (Step 2), because a semi-washed, wet-hulled Gayo behaves very differently in your roaster from a full-washed, dry-hulled Java.
| # | Lot | Species | Step 1: Cherry process | Step 2: Hulling | Cup character |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Aceh Gayo Semi Washed | Arabica | Semi-washed | Wet-hulled (Giling Basah) | Dark chocolate, cedar, brown sugar, heavy body |
| 2 | Aceh Gayo Natural | Arabica | Natural | Dry-hulled | Ripe tropical fruit, winey sweetness, syrupy body |
| 3 | Aceh Gayo Wine | Arabica | Wine process (extended fermentation) | Dry-hulled | Fermented red fruit, port-like, long finish |
| 4 | Aceh Gayo Carbonic Maceration | Arabica | Carbonic maceration | Dry-hulled | Bright berry, floral, intense aromatics |
| 5 | Mandheling Semi Washed | Arabica | Semi-washed | Wet-hulled (Giling Basah) | Earthy, dark cocoa, low acidity, full body |
| 6 | Toraja Sapan Full Washed | Arabica | Full-washed | Dry-hulled | The cleanest Toraja profile: bright, aromatic, creamy body |
| 7 | Bali Kintamani Honey | Arabica | Honey process | Dry-hulled | Citrus, caramel sweetness, medium body |
| 8 | Flores Bajawa Full Washed | Arabica | Full-washed | Dry-hulled | Chocolate, floral, gentle acidity |
| 9 | Java Preanger Full Washed | Arabica | Full-washed | Dry-hulled | Clean, sweet, mild spice, balanced acidity |
| 10 | Wild Kopi Luwak | Arabica | Natural (wild civet-processed cherry) | Dry-hulled | Smooth, low bitterness, chocolate and caramel |
| 11 | Liberica Natural | Liberica | Natural | Dry-hulled | Jackfruit, woody, bold and unusual |
| 12 | Robusta Lampung ELB 350 BC | Robusta | Natural | Dry-hulled | Dark chocolate, nutty, heavy crema, low acidity |
Four of the twelve lots are Gayo Arabica from our partner farms in Aceh Tengah and Bener Meriah at 1,400 to 1,800+ metres. Bringing the semi-washed, natural, wine, and carbonic maceration versions side by side lets you cup the same terroir through four cherry processes on one table. That comparison is hard to arrange from a pricelist, and it is the main reason we chose these four for Tokyo.
The Mandheling and Toraja Sapan lots cover Sumatra and Sulawesi. Bali Kintamani, Flores Bajawa, and Java Preanger round out the washed and honey Arabicas. Our Wild Kopi Luwak is sourced only from free-roaming civets and certified wild by the local government. The Liberica natural and the Robusta Lampung ELB 350 BC are for buyers building blends, cold brew, or capsule programmes that need something other than Arabica.
Want a specific lot reserved for your cupping? Tell us in the appointment form and we will have it on the table when you arrive.

Cup at the Booth, Then Roast at Your Own Lab
Cupping at a trade show tells you whether a coffee is interesting. Roasting it on your own machine tells you whether it fits your programme. We are set up for both at Booth 1106.
Every lot is available to cup at the booth throughout the three days, and we hold green samples for you to take back to your cupping lab. A trade show cup is a starting point, not a purchase decision, so roast the sample, cup it against your current Indonesian offerings, and then talk to us about volume.
One practical tip from our side: wet-hulled lots such as the Gayo Semi Washed and Mandheling carry a slightly different moisture and density profile from the dry-hulled lots. If you are roasting them for the first time, profile them separately rather than reusing your washed Central American curve.
Why Book a Meeting Before SCAJ 2026
Booth traffic at SCAJ is heavy, and 15 minutes of unhurried time with the person who grades your coffee is worth more than a quick chat in a queue. Booking a slot through the appointment form means we prepare your cupping flight and pricing in advance.
