As a result, a producer loses beds, labor, and a slice of the crop to defects that only show after resting. By contrast, a clean washed Colombian Hydro Honey on a covered patio manages the same steps with far less weather risk.
So what are you actually buying when you buy Indonesian Hydro Honey? Not a safer, cleaner Sumatra. You are buying an experiment: sweetness and clarity layered onto an origin famous for earth and body, made by someone willing to gamble beds on it.
